These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from GoldenBake Theory, a sole trader business registered in Finland. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

GoldenBake Theory offers fresh tarts and pastries.

Pre-Orders

All purchases are handled as pre-orders and processed according to the selected collection date and time chosen at checkout or agreed upon in advance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all pre-order details are correct, including product selection, collection date, and contact information.

Collection Point

Pre-orders within Oulu are collected at the designated collection point provided at the time of ordering (e.g., K-Citymarket Oulu Raksila car park).

If a customer is unable to collect their pre-order at the agreed date and time, this is not considered a cancellation. Please contact the seller in advance to agree on an alternative collection time.

If you encounter any issues with your pre-order, please notify us at least one day before the scheduled collection date via WhatsApp: https://wa.me/358417235115. Changes or cancellations cannot be made after this period.

 

Returns, Refunds & Complaints

As pastries are perishable food products, the right of return under consumer protection law does not apply. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the pre-order has been prepared.

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

• An incorrect product was provided.

You must contact us within 24 hours of collection and provide sufficient details (including photos where applicable) for evaluation.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order.

 

Allergens and Food Safety

All pastries may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and soy. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing a pre-order.

GoldenBake Theory is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed or unknown allergies.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, photographs, graphics, brand names, and recipes on this website are the property of GoldenBake Theory and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

 

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

 

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled by the competent district court of Finland.

Food Safety Notice

Once collected, the customer is responsible for the proper handling and storage of the products. GoldenBake Theory cannot be held liable for spoilage, deterioration, or food safety risks resulting from improper storage, temperature control, or delayed collection.

Storage Instructions

Fresh-Baked Pastries

All pastries are freshly prepared on the day of collection for optimal quality. For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming them on the same day.

If stored for later consumption, keep pastries refrigerated in a sealed container and consume within three (3) days from the production date stated on the package.
